Hi, happy Earth Day! One of the more important lessons we've learnt with the world crisis we're living in right now is that if the human race were to go extinct tomorrow, Earth would thrive. We're really bad for our planet, so it's more imperative today than ever for world leaders and governments, but also for us common citizens to start making changes to take better care of our home... it's the only one we have.

If we all start making small changes to our daily routines, the sum of all those individual small changes would have a big impact on the health of our planet. Last year to celebrate Mother Earth we shared this Green Habits Deck of Cards, which contains 52 cards with simple changes and ideas to inspire you and ourselves to start making those small changes. This year we're sharing these cute printable labels to help you reuse empty pill bottles or any other container.


If you or anyone in your household take any type of prescription medication, you probably have a bunch of these orange plastic bottles laying around your house, we know we do. They are made of recyclable plastic so if you haven't done it yet, you can just put them in the recycling bin, but if you live in a city/country where recycling is not accessible to everyone like we do, then your best option is to reuse them.


You can reuse them to store any type of small objects. Basically, our only suggestion is to use them (after thoroughly washing them) to store candy and keep on hand at all times, especially during quarantine and auto-medicate yourself every time you feel anxious, or sad, or worried... but if you must give them a more practical use you can reuse them to store: coins, buttons, bobby pins, hair clips, hair ties, glitter, spices, to make travel-size toiletries bottles, etc. We made you some labels to use to store candy, and some of these suggestions, as well as some blanks ones for you to use as you please and with any other container you want to reuse.

Este año te compartimos estas lindas etiquetas imprimibles para ayudarte a reutilizar los frascos de pastillas vacíos o cualquier otro contenedor.


Si tú o alguien en tu hogar toma algún tipo de medicamento recetado, probablemente tengas muchas de estas botellas de plástico naranjas en tu casa, sabemos que nosotras sí. Están hechas de plástico reciclable, por lo que si aún no lo has hecho, puedes simplemente ponerlos en la papelera de reciclaje, pero si vives en una ciudad o país donde el reciclaje no es accesible para todos, como lo hacemos nosotras, entonces tu mejor opción es reutilizarlas.


Puedes reutilizarlas para almacenar cualquier tipo de objetos pequeños. Básicamente, nuestra única sugerencia es usarlos (después de lavarlas bien) para almacenar dulces y tenerlos a mano en todo momento, especialmente durante la cuarentena y automedicarte cada vez que te sientas ansioso/a, triste o preocupada/o... pero si debes darles un uso más práctico puedes reutilizarlas para almacenar: monedas, botones, horquillas, clips de pelo, gomas de pelo, purpurina o brillantina, especias, para hacer botellas de artículos de tocador de viaje, etc. Te hicimos algunas etiquetas para usarlas para almacenar dulces, y algunas de estas sugerencias, así como algunas en blanco para que puedas usarlas como desees y con cualquier contenedor que desees reutilizar.
