While enjoying one of our
traveling adventures through Portugal we were lucky enough to try their
exquisite cod. For these Caribbean girls it was an amazing gastronomic
experience because we don’t have this type of fish in our island and most
of the time we can only get it preserved with salt, so you can imagine our joy
when we discovered that some supermarkets were importing it frozen. I quickly
made this recipe (of course) and want to share it with you. I hope you like it!
